Debt Recovery / Debt Litigation
SDS’s approach to debt recovery is unique and effective.
In the first instance, we will make face to face contact with your debtor to:
- Assess his/her attitude towards repayment of the debt
- Attempt to recover the debt in full or obtain a suitable short term repayment plan that is acceptable to you
- Identify assets your debtor may own e.g. property, vehicles
If the debtor has refused to co-operate after making contact we will then recommend the best course of action required to be taken to achieve payment.
All legal proceedings are prepared in house which enables SDS to provide low cost legal services to our clients. All legal and Court costs are added to the debt and recoverable upon repayment from the debtor.
All collection costs are recoverable from the debtor when terms and conditions are in place.
Credit Management & Consultation
SDS offer credit management services to assist clients with their debtor ledger.
We can help your business stay on top of monthly accounts to ensure you are being paid on time and/or to assist with chasing late payers.

We offer a full tracing service within NZ and Australia.
